![]() If you aren’t convinced you’ll love these and are sticking to making a minimum amount of sweet potato, I’d suggest making a third of the coating or else you will be stuck with leftover coating. I ended up using about 1 kg of sweet potato total in order to finish off the coating. If you are not, transfer mixture to a 9×13 casserole dish and then add the tater tots to the top.
